    Lithium Resources of North America
    . Published in 1955, there can’t be many of these around anymore. This 28-page book details lithium occurrences in the US and Canada. It includes the Tin-Spodumene belt in the Carolinas, the pegmatites in the Black Hills, and deposits in Maine and California as well as other locations. Canadian occurrences are also treated. The lithium in Maine and California is associated with many of the gem pegmatites that are famous for beautiful colored tourmaline and beryl as well as many other rare minerals. This is an old and scarce publication on some interesting deposits that have once again become valuable resources.
