    Description

    Starrett No.237 Depth Cage with No. 610N 6" tempered steel rule. This is a very handy depth gage used to obtain quick measurements in 1/64th of an inch by adjusting the rule to the required depth. This gage is a nice accurately made tool. Gage is designed for smooth adjustment that can be locked in place with the knurled nut. The base on this gage is 2-5/8" long and 1/8" thick. The 610N tempered steel rule is 6" long, 3/16" wide and 3/64" thick.  It has been precision graduated in 64ths on one side and 32nds on the other. My personal tool, used but not abused.
