Up for auction is a 392 page (8 3/4" by 11 3/8") hardback book titled "GEOLOGIC GUIDEBOOK OF THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY COUNTIES - HISTORY, LANDSCAPE, GEOLOGY, FOSSILS, MINERALS, INDUSTRY AND ROUTES TO TRAVEL - BULLETIN 154"; DIVISION OF MINES and GEOLOGY; STATE OF CALIFORNIA; 1951.  The book is in very good condition with solid bindings and no loose, torn or missing pages.  It consists of mostly written texts with numerous black & white photographs as well as numerous drawing.  It has comes with a folded map ("GEOLOGIC SECTIONS ACROSS THE BAY COUNTIES") which measures 19 1/2" by 20 1/2" when unfolded).  A portion of this map is show in the last scan.  The interior pages possess no writing and are in excellent condition.   See the scans for details.
